We provide a wide range of technical training for technicians and apprentices employed within the retail motor industry. Training falls within three groups:
We offer Apprenticeships for young people pursuing technical automotive careers and who aspire to or are working with light and heavy vehicles or employed in the accident repair industry as refinishers (spray painters) or body repair technicians. Apprenticeships are funded by the Department for Employment & Learning.
Automotive Technician Accreditation (ATA) is an industry recognised independent assessment standard for technicians maintaining and inspecting cars and light commercial vehicles. This is particularly useful for time served technicians with no formal qualifications and is a great way to have your skills and competence accredited and recognised. We carry out the assessments in our training centre.
Specialist courses for technicians are carried out on a regular basis for areas such as Automotive Air Conditioning, Vehicle Electrics and Engine Management and Diagnostics
